General Terms and Conditions

1. For all our sales the following terms shall apply exclusively. Customer's terms which may be contrary to our conditions cannot be accepted, unless confirmed by us in writing.

2. Goods are always dispatched on account and at customer's own risk. All shipping charges will be paid by the customer. On return of an item only the product price will be refunded. We reserve the right of partial deliveries if this seems to be advantageous for an efficient transaction. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.

3. Please note that customer data - to such extent as relevant for business and in strict observance of the valid Federal Data Protection Act - are stored and processed using EDV.

4. All delivery dates quoted are estimates and are therefore not guaranteed.

5. All orders are billed in Euro.

6. Postage: In case no appropriate postage or shipping option has been chosen we reserve the right to adjust the postal charges depending on the appropriate amount for the respective country, and to correct the mode of delivery.

7. We shall not be obligated to accept incoming orders and to deliver the ordered article.

8. Our offers are subject to confirmation. Printing errors excepted.

9. The customer must inspect the product within 48 hours of delivery and demonstrably report damages, defects of the delivered goods or deviations from the order. After expiration of this time limit the right to complain shall lapse.

10. The delivered products remain our property until payment is received in full.

11. Ordered goods are not returnable without our prior consent.

12. We reserve the right to charge cancellation- and handling fees for all returns without explanation of the reason.
